These terms govern your use of ORVANTIA OS, the private operating system run by ORVANTIA (Bakkera Abhinay Karthik). By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the system.
Who may use it
ORVANTIA OS is not a public service. Accounts are created by the Owner for team members, project collaborators and client-relationship users, and are personal to the individual. Do not share your credentials or let anyone else use your account.
Your account
- Keep your password confidential and use a strong, unique one; turn on two-factor authentication where offered.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect your account has been used by someone else.
- Access can be limited, suspended or removed at any time, for example when a role changes or an engagement ends.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: try to access data or features outside your role; probe, scan or attack the system; upload malware or unlawful content; use the system to harass anyone; or copy, scrape or export business data except through the features provided and for the purposes of your work.
Confidentiality and your content
Business records, client details, financial information and project material you see here are confidential. Use them only for the work you were given access for and do not disclose them without permission. Content you add (tasks, comments, files) remains yours or your client's as agreed, and you give ORVANTIA the right to store and process it to run the service.
Activity is recorded
Sign-ins and important actions are written to an audit log to protect the system and everyone using it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the system available and its data safe, but it is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. Features may change; significant changes are announced in the app. Keep your own copies of anything critical, such as exported invoices.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ORVANTIA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the system, and total liability for any claim is limited to the fees, if any, paid for the relevant engagement in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
